Read moreAs a mortgage administrator at Fosters Financial, you will work closely with our mortgage brokers and assist them in ensuring that our clients’ experience of working with us is nothing short of excellent.
Your duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for our clients and introducers and assisting them with their enquiries.
- Processing mortgage and insurance applications and maintaining accurate and up to date notes.
- Proactively progressing all mortgage and insurance applications through to completion.
- Regularly liaising with all relevant parties including mortgage lenders, insurance providers, estate agents, and solicitors.

Experience
You have worked in an administrative role for at least 2 years, either within the mortgage industry or the wider financial services sector.

You pride yourself on always providing a high-quality service and are able to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

Great communication
Your communication skills are excellent, and you feel confident speaking with customers and introducers in person, over the phone and via email.

You establish new relationships quickly and enjoy working with people. But can equally work just as well independently.
