Company history
Our journey
Laying the foundations
Fosters Financial was founded in April 2016 by its Managing Director, John Foster, from his humble kitchen table in lpswich.
Getting our first home in Suffolk
With big plans for its future, John hired the company's first employee, Tracy Rumsey, in June that year and by the end of 2016, he had also opened the company's first office in lpswich.
Buying a second home in Essex
With high demand for mortgage advice in Essex, the business opened an additional office in Tollgate Business Park in March 2017. It was such a success, that after only 6 months, the business had to move to a much larger office within the same complex. Only to then move again in March 2019, to a new 1,600 square foot, two-storey office, in De Grey Square.
Our new home in Colchester
With further plans for expansion, the company relocated to its new home in Colchester Business Park in March 2021, where there is now ample room to accommodate both its clients and growing team.
